Research & Development
At Nature Pulse, we envision our goals to continue increasing our product line. Our R&D department endeavours in chemicals and products from the oleochemical industry as well as the agricultural industries. With Pharmaceutical grade equipment, the research department continues giving us insight into our existing line of products as well as future possibilities.
Production
Our automated production facilities are laid upon the foundation of good manufacturing practices, safety of workers and international standards of hygiene. Our production facility allows us to stay consistent in our production and fulfil client requirements as per their specifications.
Oil Mill
We produce Sesame and Soybean oils, cakes and meals. Our agricultural presence is backed by good quality products and food safety standards initiating from our hygienic and organised oil mill.
Quality Control & Assurances
Quality is a way of life: – this serves to be our primary corporate philosophy which drives us to continuously strive to provide high quality products and services. To ensure the superiority in the offered products, we always maintain total quality management system through out our business. Our Quality Labs are equipped modern analytical instruments such as GC’s, HPLC’s, UV with Tintometers, KF Titrators, evaporators and other analytical instruments.
Facility
Nature Pulse Botanicals Pvt. Ltd. has a well laid out facility in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Span over a vast area of 3 acres, we have segregated our unit into different departments that enable us to process and manufacture large quantities of different products within a stipulated time frame.
